Advance your data practice

Conquer quality improvement challenges

Work smarter, not harder
Three Options For Getting Started
Option 1: Take our “Data Practice Review”
Programs frequently don’t know what they don’t know.
Our expert, third party reviewers can quickly identify strengths and weaknesses, as well as strategies for improvement. As friendly partners, our reviewers help pinpoint issues and build momentum for change.
There are many benefits in a Data Practices Review, including:
- Assure that your data practices are in compliance with laws and federal standards
- Strengthen program quality by ensuring that data insights are captured and integrated into decision making
- Strengthen self-assessments and funding proposals
- Build confidence with staff, board members and community partners
- Create a roadmap for strengthening your team’s data practices

Option 2: Explore our Q.I. Program Network
The Q.I. Network offers a bundle of services – analytics, coaching, and live exemplar sessions — as part of a learning community for program leaders. If you are looking for support to strengthen your management practices using data, schedule a call to explore your options.

Schedule a virtual meeting with Rick Mockler, Principal at Early Intel.
Option 3: Take our free “Data and Quality Practices Inventory”
Prefer a DIY approach? The inventory is designed to help program leaders identify strengths and needs in the following areas:
- Staff Development and Culture
- Content and Service Level Data
- Internal Monitoring and Quality Assurance
- Data Management
- Continuous Quality Improvement
- Grant Management and Planning
Program leaders are invited to complete the survey, and will automatically receive a summary of their answers. Program Directors may schedule a free Zoom call with a Data Strategy Coach, for an analysis of findings and a discussion of options.
How do federal reviewers determine if data practices measure up?

Dr. Desiree Del-Zio
Formerly oversaw federal review teams and now serves as Early Intel’s Director of Services
The data review takes place during the data tour, and reviewers are really looking and listening for those practices that demonstrate data is collected, aggregated, analyzed, and compared to identify risk and inform quality improvements.
