Larry Campbell has made a thirty-year career in human services, the most recent thirteen managing and serving as Executive Director of large Head Start programs with budgets over $15 million. Prior to his career with Head Start, Larry spent 10 years working in Argentina, South America.
Larry’s work as an Executive Director of Head Start provides a unique vantage point guiding leadership teams as they seek to use data analytics to support continuous quality improvement.
Since it was formed in 2017, he has served on the National Head Start Association Data Design Initiative, where he has contributed to a host of initiatives developing resources and tools to support Head Start Directors build a culture of quality improvement. Larry also serves on the Executive Team of the Region 9 Head Start Association Board of Directors. He is a frequent presenter at National Head Start Association, state association and Region 9 conferences.
Larry currently works as an independent executive coach and consultant where he is especially adept at coaching other directors and senior leaders build coordinated approaches and data analytics to drive informed decision making. His expertise in Head Start is wide reaching with understanding in Health, Disabilities, Mental Health, Family Services, ERSEA, Education, Program Design and Management, Grant Planning, Governance and organizational leadership.
